If your order is paid through an online transaction and you are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered the wrong item to you, or the one you received is faulty or damaged. In that scenario, you can contact our customer services center by emailing us at sales@farrukhzia.com or can WhatsApp us at +61 426 380 881 along with your order number and pictures of the defective item. Your exchange request, we will provide you with a voucher that is valid for 30 days, especially for the next purchase equivalent to the original price. You can buy another dress with the same amount from Farrukh Zia. In another case, if the order is on COD and you request for exchange, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and exchange costs. 

Order Modification Policy:

Customers can request changes to their orders before dispatch by contacting our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp, Helpline, Instagram, or Email. For paid orders, only size changes are allowed. Order cancellations are not required for modifications.

The delivery timeline for your Made-To- Order / Custom Order is 2 to 3 weeks, while Ready-To-Ship are delivered within 12 to 15 working days, ensuring timely and quality service.
