If your order is paid through an online transaction and you are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered the wrong item to you, or the one you received is faulty or damaged. Your exchange request, we will provide you with a voucher that is valid for 30 days, especially for the next purchase equivalent to the original price. You can buy another dress with the same amount from Farrukh Zia. In another case, if the order is on COD and you request for exchange, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and exchange costs.
